Description: Coarse silicon carbide grain imbedded in a semi rigid nylon ½” thick wheel. Will not rust and is washable.

Operation: The arbored wheel attaches to a pedestal or hand held grinder.

Applications: Aggressive surface preparation, cleaning, rust removal and paint stripping.

Locking Discs

Description: Strong abrasive disc laminated to a cloth backing. Three attachment styles.

Operation: Attaches to a locking style backup pad on a high speed grinder.

Resin Fiber Discs

Description: Arbor hole grinding discs made from 0.030 thick vulcanized fiber backing in four grain selections.

Operation: Bolted to specified backup pad on a right angle grinder.

Applications: Removes welds and imperfections along with stock removal, blending and finishing.

Flap Discs

Description: Premium closed coat blue zirconia flap discs. Backing is made from non-flexible fiberglass with conical T-29 face or a flexible plastic designed to be trimmed back for longer abrasive live with a flat T-27 face.

Operation: Bolted to a right angle grinder.

Application: Stock removal, grinding and blending of welds, castings and other metal finishing

Belt Cleaning Stick

Description: Composite gummed rubber block.

Operation: Use like an eraser to clean your belt.

Applications: To remove loading and residue, increasing the life of the abrasive.

Sandscreen Sheets

Description: Nylon mesh impregnated with silicon carbide grain. Cut sheets will resist loading and can be used wet or dry.

Operation: Hand held, or attached to high speed vibrating sanders.

Application: Wet or dry sanding of fiberglass, body filler, stone or paint where loading is a problem.

Cloth Sheets – X weight

Description: Heavy “X” weight cloth sanding sheets. Made with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide grain.

Application: Aluminum Oxide – stock removal, deburring and finish sanding on metals or wood

Silicon Carbide – stock removal and finish sanding on stone or glass

Cloth Sheets – J weight

Description: Cloth backed “J” weight sanding sheets. Remains flexible and resists tearing. Made with aluminum oxide or emery grain

Operation: Hand held, or attached to high speed vibrating sanders

Applications: A/O Resin Bond – general purpose sanding

Emery Glue Bond – metal polishing and finishing

Paper Sheets

Description: Flexible, economical paper sanding sheets made with aluminum oxide, silicon carbide or garnet grain

Operation: Hand held, or attached to high speed vibrating sanders

Application: S/C Waterproof – final paint or surface preparation

Garnet – wood hand sanding applications

Cabinet Paper – general use, finish sanding

S/C Stearate – non loading, finish wood sanding

Utility Rolls

Description: Economical, easy tear-off, cotton “j” weight, resin bond cloth rolls made with aluminum oxide grain

Operation: Self cut strips for hand sanding

Application: Cleaning, deburring and polishing a wide variety of materials

PSA Paper Rolls

Description: Heavy “C” weight (80-400 grit) paper rolls made from aluminum oxide with non loading stearate. Pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing with a protective release liner

Operation: Cut into strips for manual sanding, or attach to a vibrating sander

Applications: Ideal for finish sanding of woods, paints, metal, body filler and plastic

Cloth Rolls

Description: Custom slit 50 yard rolls of premium cloth abrasive

Operation: Cut into strips for manual sanding tools or attached to a vibrating sander. Can also be wrapped on a drum sander

Application: Grinding and finishing of metal channels, corners, angles and recesses

Rubber Expander Drums

Description: Compressible rubber drum with shank mount

Application: Supports spiral cloth bands on drills, flexible shafts and spindle sanders

Cloth Bands

Description: Two ply spiral cloth tubes coated with aluminum oxide grain

Operation: Friction fit to a rubber expander drum. Used on drills, flexible shafts and spindle sanders

Applications: Edge finishing of wood curves and corners

Type 27 Wheels

Description: Aluminum oxide grinding wheels. Available hubless or with a threaded hub

Operation: Used on air or electric powered right angle grinders

Applications: For use on auto body work and metal fabrication
